1 General Introduction & Applicability

t999 is an online casino and sports betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the t999 platform ("Company") and any user of the platform ("Member" or "User").

By accessing the t999 website (t999.mom) or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each member may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all associated accounts may be cancelled. The same rule applies to multiple accounts on the same device, the same IP address, or among members of the same household.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension or cancellation. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Valid payment method details (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / bank account)

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. t999 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Accessing your account through third-party software or apps is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at t999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in your name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our security and fraud prevention measures, t999 may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method. If documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the withdrawal process may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at t999. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000 (bonus cap applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies once per person, per household, and per device.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit for a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• t999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the t999 platform has its own rules. It is the member's responsibility to read the rules of a game before starting to play. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the Company reserves the right to void or restart that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC events), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. Please verify the bet amount, odds, and potential winnings carefully before confirming a bet. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed.

6.3 Technical Errors

Results or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a software error, programming bug, or any other technical issue will not be considered valid. In such situations, t999 reserves the right to correct the erroneous amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Fraudulent activity or gaining unfair advantage through any form of manipulation.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack another member's account.
• Submitting false or forged documents.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Deliberately abusing the system through chargebacks or compensation claims.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the t999 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and any other elements — is the exclusive property of the Company or licensed assets from the relevant providers.

• No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without the Company's written permission.
• No part of the platform may be reverse engineered.
• Using the t999 brand name or logo for commercial purposes is prohibited.

9 Responsible Gaming

t999 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Online casino and betting are for entertainment purposes, but they can lead to financial loss. It is therefore important to set your own limits before playing.

• Do not bet beyond your financial means.
• Do not treat gambling as a source of income.
• At your request, we can temporarily or permanently restrict your account.

10 Account Closure

10.1 By the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account. Any bonus held due to incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10.2 By the Company

t999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

11 Limitation of Liability

t999 provides its services on an "as is" basis. The Company is not liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by loss of internet connection.
• Issues with third-party software or devices.
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance work.
• Losses resulting from unsecured use of a user's account.
• Financial losses due to betting or gaming — this is the user's own decision.

Under no circumstances will the Company's total liability exceed the total amount you have deposited during the relevant period.

12 Changes to the Terms

t999 reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you read this page regularly.
